Team

Team strengths & track record

The founding partners combine 50+ years of collective leadership across multinational operations, M&A, and capital markets. Their complementary backgrounds, one rooted in operational excellence and brand growth, the other in financial strategy and deal execution, position Sapience to identify, acquire, and scale high-quality businesses while generating sustainable long-term value for investors and sellers alike.

In addition, the firm is supported by a proprietary network of senior executives across core industries, which enhances sourcing capabilities and provides hands-on strategic and operational insight throughout the pre- and post-acquisition lifecycle, including diligence, value creation planning, and execution support.
